• Born in Dik ElMehdi, North Metn Lebanon on the 7^th of January 1958.
• Monk in the Lebanese Maronite Order from 1973 till 1983 when he left to join the Maronite Archdiocese of Antelias.
• Ordained a priest on August 9, 1987 in the Archdiocese of Antelias.
• Ordained Chorbishop on December 7, 2013.
• Pope Francis named him Exarch over the newly erected Maronite Exarchy of West and Central Africa with a see in Ibadan, Nigeria in January 2014 and was enthroned at a canonical possession on Sunday April 6, 2014 in Ibadan.
• Elevated to bishop by a decree from Pope Francis on February 28, 2018 consolidating the choice of the Maronite Synod, over the newly erected Maronite Eparchy of the Annunciation in West and Central Africa with a see in Ibadan, Nigeria.  
• Ordained bishop on Saturday, April 7, 2018

1989 Doctorate in Educational Management and Leadership from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.

1986 Master degree in Secondary Educational Management from Providence College, Rhode Island, USA.

1985 Master degree in Educational Sciences from the University of the Holy Spirit, Kaslik, Lebanon.

1984 Sacred Theology Bachelor (License) from the Pontifical Faculty of Theology at the University of the Holy Spirit, Kaslik, Lebanon.
